Rooted in the values of hard work, integrity, and deep respect for the land, Marjorie Nuckols brings a lifetime of experience and passion to Texas real estate. Raised in a small town where her family ran the local feed store and her father served as a deputy sheriff, Marjorie’s foundation is one of community, service, and a profound connection to rural life. Horses have always been at the heart of her world—she grew up breeding and showing Quarter Horses and developed an early appreciation for the lifestyle that defines Texas ranch culture.

In 2002, Marjorie settled in the Texas Hill Country and became a licensed Realtor® in 2004. While living in Harper, near Fredericksburg, she and her family raised not only Quarter Horses, but also exotic game such as mouflon sheep and blackbuck antelope. Her deep firsthand experience in land stewardship, livestock, and recreational game operations naturally led her to specialize in ranches, equestrian estates, and premier rural homes.

Today, Marjorie proudly serves the North Texas region as a valued member of the Preferred Properties of Texas team in Stephenville—often referred to as the “Cowboy Capital of the World.” Her clients benefit from her decades of insight, unmatched local knowledge, and unwavering commitment to helping them find properties that align with their lifestyle, values, and long-term goals.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Marjorie is deeply proud of her family legacy. Her daughter, a University of Oklahoma honors graduate, serves as a decorated Naval Officer with three overseas deployments and a recent promotion to Lieutenant Commander, now stationed at the Pentagon.
